Engineering and Capital Projects
The Engineering Department is responsible for capital
improvement projects involving District facilities and other CUP features.
This includes the construction, modification, or replacement of components
of the Central Utah Project or other District properties that are essential
to the reliable delivery of culinary and agricultural water to the Wasatch
Front. In addition, the Department provides technical assistance to
the O&M and CUPCA departments on planning, design, and computer
modelling.
